Road traffic accidents

September 28 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on Road traffic accidents.

Trainer engaged for this activity is Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge in the Appeals Court.

Purpose of the training is to extend the participants knowledge on the dilemmas during practical implementation of legal provisions from the traffic area.

Training methodology is of a combined nature, with theoretical presentations and interactive discussions through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are judges and prosecutors of the basic instance and professional associates.
