Arbitration

June 1st 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training program is conducting training on Arbitration.

Trainer engaged in this activity is Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical lectures and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the special chamber of the supreme court, judges of the Appeals Court and state attorneys.
