February 12th 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute is organizing training for judges on “Establishment and termination of Servitudes”.
At this training it will be elaborated on ways and types of establishing servitudes, practicing the right of servitude, judicial protection of the right to servitude and termination of servitude.
Beneficiaries at this training will be judges of Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court, and legal associates.
