On February 16 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute organizes training for judges on the topic of “Grounds for claiming inheritance”.
Focus of this training will be Law on inheritance, grounds for claiming inheritance, renouncing inheritance and review of inheritance for specific items.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges of Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court (Civil Division), court legal associates and notaries.
