On February 25th 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute with the support of “Thompson Foundation” is organizing training on Standards of the ECtHR related to Defamation.
Focus of this training will be on legal framework on defamation, the ECtHR standards pertaining defamation and the ECtHR case law on defamation.
Beneficiaries at this training are judges, prosecutors, court and prosecution information officers, legal advisors from the Kosovo Constitutional Court as well as media representatives.
