On July 8th 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute within its CTP organizes training on the topic of “Protection of injured parties and witnesses”.
This training covers elaboration of legal framework that covers protection of special categories in the proceeding like the damaged parties and witnesses, provision of protection for injured parties and witnesses, acquaintance with special categories of witnesses and their categorization. In this aspect, it will be discussed about privileged witnesses and witnesses waived from the obligation to testify, as well as witnesses with special needs.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges, prosecutors and investigation police.
