On July 18, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges, generation (9) for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Minor Offense Law" module, in support of the trainer Mrs. Biljana Rexhiq, trainer at the Academy of Justice.
The topics that are being addressed in this session are: Minor Offense Law, minor offenses, initiation and development of minor offense procedure and decisions according to the request for the development of minor offense procedure.
The training methodology is being developed through interactive discussion and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
