July 20 2020, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a raining from the Sub-module: Constitutional Law in relation with the judicial and prosecutorial system, with Mr. Islam Sllamniku as permanent Trainer in the Academy of Justice.
Topics that will be elaborated in this session are: Sources of the Constitutional Court, processing of the request in Kosovo Courts, competencies of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo and special procedures.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
