On July 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the first training session under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary liability", in support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The theoretical training from the first topic of this sub-module is dealing with the Basic Principles of the Code of Professional Ethics for Judges, Exclusion and recusal of the judge from judgment and impartiality.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
