July 25 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the sixth session of the theoretical training from the sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”, with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is covering the following: professional negligence, liability for offences committed from negligence, liability for qualified forms of criminal offences, liability for qualified offences with severe consequences, and criminal liability for qualified offences with special circumstances.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian community.
