July 25 2002, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Increase of prosecutor’s social skills and stress management” held by the trainer Professor Fatmir Qollakaj, trainer at the academy of Justice.
Topics covered in this session are: importance of the need for motivation, the motivator in the work process, motivation for company, emotions as motives of action, and emotions according to intensity and duration.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
