On July 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training, the seventh training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
Topics addressed in this session are: erros in person (erros in persona), misleading facts, in the narrow sense and causal connection, and in fact in the broad sense, attempts, Reasons that justify punishment for attempt, complete and defective attempt, criminal offenses for which attempt is not possible and inappropriate attempt in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
