July 26 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9), is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Enforcement Procedure” with trainer Mr. Isa Shala, Private Enforcement Bailiff.
The first session is covering the following: review of the enforcement proposal and decisions of the enforcement body, initiation of the enforcement procedure, judgments for enforcement and order for enforcement, as well as conclusion of the enforcement procedure.
Training methodology is case-based interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
