On July 28, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the ninth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In this session, the following are being addressed: Incitement - criminal liability and punishment, inducements, assistance and criminal association.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
