On July 28 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical raining from the sub-module on “Professional Ethics and Disciplinary liability”, with trainer Mr. Enver Peci, President of the Kosovo Supreme Court.
The third session is covering the following: Disciplinary liability, disciplinary violations for judges (Article 5) and Disciplinary Measures.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
