August 4 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the 14th training session from the sub-module “Criminal code – general part” with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is elaborating on the following: statute of limitation of the criminal offence, initiation and cease of the statute of limitation for criminal prosecution, statute of limitation for execution of sanctions, initiation and cease of the statute of limitation of the punishment execution and non-applicability of the statute of limitation for certain criminal offences.
Training methodology is interactive discussions on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian Community.
