On August 05, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Rules of communication", with Prof. Fatmir Qollakaj as trainer at the Academy of Justice.
In the framework of this sub-module and the above-mentioned topic, the rules, characteristics and specifics of internal communication are being treated as a predisposition for a successful performance to realize the mission and fulfill the duties of the judge and conflicts.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed t6hree of whom are from the Serbian community.
