August 5 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Contested Procedure – first part”, with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Hasani, Supreme Court judge.
This training session is covering the following: content of the judgment, rendering, drafting and delivery of judgments, correction of judgment, binding form of judgments and types of judgments.
Training methodology is interactive based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
