August 10 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is delivering the 11th session on “Contested Procedure – first part”, with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi Supreme Court judge.
This training session is covering the following: the case law established by courts, as well as LCP provisions in concrete cases.
Training methodology is interactive discussions of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
