On September 9, 2022, the Law Academy within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training, the eighth session, training from the module "Law on Obligations", with the trainer engaged Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session the following are being addressed: Bail, Bail, Penal Condition, Bail, deposit, Mortgage as a tool for ensuring claims and the role of mortgage for securing creditors' claims.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
