September 13 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Law on obligations” with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Supreme Court judge.
This training session is covering the following: Unjust enrichment, Types of sales contract and lease contracts.
Training methodology is interactive discussion of the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
