September 13-15 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program today started the second session of the three-day specialized training on Cybercrime and cryptocurrencies.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mrs. Laura Pula prosecutor on the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, and Mr. Fadil Abdyli Head of the Cybercrime Investigation Sector of the Kosovo Police.
Purpose of this training is to acquaint the participants closely with the cybercrime as a criminal offence according to the national legislation, the practice and procedure related to electronic evidence.
Participants in this training are judges and prosecutors of the appeals instance and the basic instance, as well as professional associates and the SPRK experts.
