September 13 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the second training session of the Sub-module on the Preliminary Procedure” with trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Mitrovica Basic Court.
This training session is covering the following: role of the preliminary procedure on the initial actions of the police, role of the preliminary procedure judge related to covert measures of investigation, and role of the preliminary procedure judges related to the arrest warrant.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two of the Serbian community.
