September 14 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested procedure – second part, with trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Vice Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the conditions for setting insurance measures, the consequences of non-compliance with the measures with which the claim is secured, the content of the decision on the setting of the insurance measure, the possibility of setting the insurance measure before it is filed lawsuits, the duration of the security measure, the legal remedies against the decision on the determination of the security measure and the decision on the determination of the temporary security measure and the authorizations of the court in relation to the insured items, the authorizations of the court in relation to the procedure and the decision of issue and Consequences of non-compliance with the measure for securing the claim.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
