On September 19, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training, the fourth session, training under the sub module: "Uncontested Procedure", with the trainer engaged Ms. Drita Rexhaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: forms of decisions, regular legal remedies (Complaint), extraordinary remedies, revision, repetition of the procedure, disputed facts related to the preliminary case and the resolution of the preliminary case.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
