On September 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the sixth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: professional negligence, the liability for acts committed through negligence, liability for qualified forms of criminal offenses, liability for qualified criminal offenses with more serious consequences and criminal liability for qualified criminal offenses with special circumstances.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
