On September 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the second training session under the sub module: "Provisions, principles, competences and exclusion of the judge in criminal procedure", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Court of Appeal.
During this session, the following topics are being addressed: court competence in preliminary investigations according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, the appeals reviewed by the Court of Appeal, the exclusion of judges.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, two from the Serbian community.
