On September 20, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, the sixth session of the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" is being carried out, with the trainer engaged Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: Who can file a disciplinary complaint against a prosecutor, actions taken by the competent authority, content of the complaint, actions of the Council after receiving the request for the initiation of investigations, establishment of the Investigative Panel, Development of the session hearing the decision of the council.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
