On 23 October 2015, the Kosovo Judicial Institute within the CTP, conducted training on "preliminary review of the lawsuit and preliminary hearing".
This training aimed to help the participants in recognition of the legal provisions pertaining to the preliminary review of the lawsuit since the proceedings in civil cases very often trail due to the implementation of the respective provisions.
During this training, except the preliminary review were also addressed the procedural obstacles, procedural presumptions in developing civil proceeding, court decisions taken during the preliminary review of the lawsuit, the rejection of the lawsuit as impermissible, announcement of the court as incompetent and the answer to lawsuit.
The training also focused on preliminary hearing elaborating court actions and authorizations, setting and maintenance of the preliminary hearing and determination of the main trial.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of basic level, professional associates and legal officers.
