On 26 November 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute within the Continuous Training, in cooperation with the project "Normally Different" has conducted training on "Protection and promotion of diversity, tolerance and equality in the context of legislation on non-discrimination".
The purpose of this training was raising the awareness of prosecutors to gender equality. and non-discrimination
In the training, initially were elaborated discrimination, the key concepts of discrimination, gender equality and non-discrimination, the procedure of discrimination, the burden of proof, application of the Anti-Discrimination Law, Law on Protection of Gender Equality. Also during the training there were discussed the difficulties in implementation of these laws in Kosovo.
The beneficiaries of this training were prosecutors of the basic level from all regions of Kosovo.
