September 23 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the third session of the training from the sub-module on “EU Law”, with trainer Mr. Emrush Ujkani, expert of the EU Law.
In the framework of this topic, the following are being addressed: the decisions of the EU Court of Justice related to the decision-making process in the EU, the main decision-making procedures in the EU and the decision-making process in the EU.
Training methodology is combined with interactive discussion and based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
