September 23 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Property law and other real rights” with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge of the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the basics of acquiring the ownership right, the method of acquiring ownership, the holders of the ownership right, Derivative ownership acquisition, modus Aquirendi for acquiring ownership over real estate, acquiring ownership in original way, winning prescription (Usucapio), construction on foreign land, loss of ownership (extinguishment).
Training methodology is conducted through interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
