On September 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the second training session under the module "Initial and second hearing", with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.
During this session the following were addressed: the actions of the police officers, the actions of the state prosecutor and the pre-trial judge, the actions of the presiding judge during the initial hearing, the actions of the defendant Kushtrim Mustafa and his defense and the decision of the president of the trial panel.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
