On September 26, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group II, the theoretical training, the first session under the module "Family Law" with trainer engaged Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal.
Within the "Family Law" sub-module, the following are being addressed: the meaning and objective of family law, the nature of legal-family relations, the principles and sources of family law, the Kosovo Family Law and the meaning of family.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where a judgment is being made within this topic.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
