On July 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the seventh training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor.
The topics of this training session are being treated: erros in person (erros in persona), erros in fact, in the narrow sense and causal connection, and in the broad sense, attempts, Reasons that justify the punishment for attempt, complete and defective attempt, criminal offenses for which attempt is not possible and inappropriate attempt according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 state prosecutors 2022/2023.
