September 28 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the training module from the sub-module on the Initial and second hearing, with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, judge in the Supreme Court.
This topic is covering the following: objection of evidence, request for dismissal of the indictment, presentation of the amended indictment, rulings related to the request for dismissal of the indictment, second review, discovery of evidence by the defense, review of objections to the evidence or requests for the indictment and the appointment of the judicial review and the taking of the decision regarding the objections to the evidence or the requests for the indictment
Training methodology is interactive discussion of the presented practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
