September 28 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training on Property Law and other real rights with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Supreme Court judge.
In the framework of this session, the elements of possession, legal and illegal possession, possession in good faith and in bad faith, true/right possession and false possession with defects, proprietary possession, qualified possession are being addressed, tabular possession, independent possession and joint possession, gain of possession, loss of possession, protection of possession, competences, types of lawsuits and deadline for filing the lawsuit, negative lawsuit (Actio Negatoria) and decision on the claim.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
