September 30 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training of the sub-module on Family Law, with trainer Mr. Valon Total, president of the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: the meaning of property relations between spouses, the property regime of spouses, the division of joint property.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where a judgment of this area is being prepared.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 18 newly appointed judges.
