30 September 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “The Procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders, with trainer Mr. Ramadan Gashi.
This training sesion is covering the following topics: the criminal responsibility of natural persons, the causes of irresponsibility and the measures that can be imposed on defendants with mental disorders.
The training methodology is implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
