October 3 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal-Code – general part, with trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: Incitement – criminal liability and punishment of the inciter, aid and criminal junction.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries are 6 newly appointed prosecutors of 2022/2023 generation.
