October 4 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the second training session from the sub-module of the Law on Minor Offences with trainer Ms. Biljana Rexhiq.
In the framework of this training session, the following aspects are being addressed: the minor offence verdict, the decision to terminate the minor offence procedure, communication, compilation and submission of the verdict-decision on minor offence, the disposition of the minor offence verdict by which the defendant is declared liable necessarily contain the request for the protection of legality and the decision according to the request.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussions method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian community.
