October 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9), is conducting the first training session under the "ECHR" module, with trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina.
The scope of this session covers the following: The Council of Europe, the European Convention on Human Rights (1950) and the Additional Protocols, content of the Convention, the Additional Protocols of the Convention and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and its impact in the legal system of Kosovo.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian community.
