October 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within its Initial Training Program, for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9), is conducting the theoretical training, from the module on "Administrative Law", with trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Appeals Court.
This session addresses the following: revocation and annulment of the administrative act and execution of administrative acts.
The training methodology is being developed through interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
