October 6 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the first session of the training from the sub-module on: Juvenile Justice Code, with trainer mrs. Nesrin Lushta is a judge in the Supreme Court.
This training sessions is conducting the guiding principles, definitions that are used in the JJC, measures and sanctions applicable against juveniles, selection of measures and sanctions as well as the role of the probation service.
Training methodology is interactive with practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
