On October 7, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the sub module: "KEDNJ", with the trainer engaged Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: The right to life, Government Acts related to the restriction of freedom, the effectiveness of compensation and missing persons
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
