October 13 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the first group pf newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the 2nd theoretical training from the sub-module on “Judgments and its types, with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: the sentencing verdict and the drafting of the sentencing verdict structured with all the elements that are necessary to contain.
The training methodology using practical cases and interactive discussions method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including two judges of the Serbian community.
