On October 17, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training, the fifth training session from the module "Economic Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: the concept of a construction contract, the characteristics of a construction contract, the conclusion of the contract, the construction permit, the price of the works, the deadline, the general conditions of FIDIC, the legal effects of the construction contract, method of assignment, liability for general defects and special clauses of the construction contract.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
