October 17 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sob-module on inheritance law, with trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge in the Supreme Court.
This session is covering the following: Meaning of the will, Ability to draft the will, Types of the will, characteristics of the will, revocation of the will, the main causes of the invalidity of the will, volume of the invalidity of the will, absolute will void, relative void will, contents of the will, burdens, terms and conditions, preservation of the will and Interpretation of the will.
Training methodology is case-based interactive method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
