On October 24, 2022, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group I, the theoretical training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of the first session, the topics covered are: search, examination and reconstruction, international requests or evidence obtained abroad, admissibility of evidence and their assessment.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases divided into two groups and interactivity.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, where two of them are from the Serbian community.
