October 25 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting the 10th training session from the sub-module on Criminal Code – Special part, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: causing general danger, destroying, damaging and removing public installations, destroying, damaging or removing protective equipment and endangering safety at the workplace, construction without permission, illegal construction works and weapons offences.
Training methodology is interactive discussion of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/23.
